Strong Beer/Bière Forte is a delicious (and bilingual!) IPA. It is also the result of an interprovincial collaboration with the team at , based in Gatineau, QC. For this joint venture, each brewery agreed on two hops to use in their respective recipes and was left to select a third mystery hop; a decision informed by personal hop whims and Humulus lupulus fancies.

Strong Beer/Bière Forte is hopped with Citra, Strata, and … Lotus, which impart notes of grapefruit, candied pineapple, and tangerine. Big on flavour and very drinkable.
